The Department of Children's Advocacy is committed to providing fiscal transparency in an effort to provide the public with access to key information about agency spending and earmarked appropriations.
Earmarked Appropriations
An "earmarked appropriation" is funding allocated to nonprofit agencies by the General Assembly that passes through the Department of Children's Advocacy. Each quarter, these nonprofits must file Expenditure Reports, showing how the money has been used.
